
Acceptance of Terms

By accepting an estimate, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions in this agreement.

Damage: Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC will be responsible for damage that was a direct result of operator error, negligence, or willful misconduct. Damages must be discovered and reported to Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC within 3 days of the service being completed. From the date of damages being reported, the company has 30 days to inspect the suspected damage and full control of repairing or contracting out to repair any damages that were a result of negligence.
Water Usage: Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC has the right to use an on-site water supply to complete the stated project without the client being compensated. Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC must be notified immediately if the customer has low water pressure, well water, or no water supply. If we are not notified, the job will not be completed, and the customer will be charged a cancellation fee. If an outside water supply is needed, an additional fee will be added. It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure the water supply is on and in working order before we arrive.
Electrical Usage: Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC the right to use an on-site source of electricity as needed to complete the stated project without client compensation.
Payments: The client’s payment to Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements were agreed upon. If other payment arrangements are made, this will be documented and signed by both parties. Any payment that is past due, 30 days after the payment agreement date, is subject to a 20% late fee. If payment is still not received 60 days past due, Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC has the right to file a civil claim and collect any outstanding debt. Any legal fees incurred will be the client’s full responsibility. Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC reserves the right to refuse to service any client that has an outstanding balance.
Scheduling: Inclement weather or other unforeseen instances may affect scheduling. While we try our best to avoid all scheduling conflicts- circumstances beyond our control may occur. If there is a need to reschedule, you will be notified immediately.
Personal Property and Contents: It is the client’s responsibility to remove any contents in the area being serviced. Should we need to move these items, we will not be responsible for any damage.
Preexisting damages: Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC is not responsible for any existing damages or damage as a result of poor construction. The company will not be responsible for water intrusion. This could be caused by bad seals and cracks in concrete foundations. The company is not responsible for loose mortar that may dislodge.
Stains: Not all stains can be removed by pressure washing. We will make note of these areas and attempt to point theses areas out prior to service being completed.

Media Release: The client gives permission to Contemporary Cleaning Solutions, LLC to use any photos, descriptions, reviews, quotes, or videos of the property for marketing or advertising (including on company’s website and social media) for the Company. The client agrees to allow the company to use these forms of media as described without any compensation to the client. Client agrees to not seek action in a civil court of law regarding the use of media.
Client responsibility on day of service:

Cancellation: If the client needs to cancel, a 24-hour notice must be given, or they can be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Client may also be subject to cancellation fee if the service can not be completed because the steps in the above section are incomplete.
Checks: There is a $50 processing fee for any returned checks.
